Project: Curated and directed by yours truly on invitation of Nat Bates Media Release: is the creative detritus as generated throughout the artists work process. It is their fleeting ideas, forgotten moments of genius and experimental experiments that fall by the wayside during their pursuit of the elusive final piece. In alignment with the ethos, ten Sound and New Media artists will inhabit the over a period of 17 days to question, construct and collaborate amongst themselves. Punters are invited to experience their Semantic Clutter on a first-hand basis via a range of open-house events. These include closing night performances, alternating exhibitions and an unlocked rehearsal door where you may stumble across a work in progress.
